I have made dresses for these tiny dolls similar to this one as Christening gifts presented in satin or silk lined box and to lay in a crib on a Chistening cake! You will need 20 and 19 needles Broder no 50 and 30 plus 3mm or even beter 2mm silk ribbon. All these things will be on this site very soon! But in the mean time you can usually get them at a dolls house shop or magazine.There are instructions for making nappy, dress, petticaot, bonnet, bootees, shoes and shawl. *Period Miniature Patterns: Little Treasure: Super knitting pattern for 2" baby with vest, pilch, dress, matinee jacket, bonnet and bootees. Looks so real and dainty. Knitted in white flower thread, I have made this knitted in no 60 crochet cotton for my doll, if you cannot get the flower thread. DMC Flower Thread was a soft embroider thread in skeins and a veriety of shades, it is sadly now been discontinued I will have some to go up shortly.No 20 needles are used. NEW

Knitted on 20 needles using DMC flower threads, a soft cotton, you could try 1ply yarns, or 40 cotton, there is a tension given so it would be easy to find a subtitute, change needles if needed. NEW
