*Robin 37L: Great ladies vintage cardigan knitting pattern 1930s. This design has a lovely collar - this style was to reoccur in the 1950s. The crisp cables and low buttoned front are so stylish. The ply is not given, but by the size of needles imperial 9 and 6 (3.75 and 5mm)and the design I would suggest using a thick double knitting or aran weight in a tension square changeing needles to get the correct tension.Strangely enough there is no tension guide or size on this early pattern. I would guess at a meduim size - so do a tension square in your chosen wool and change needles until you get the size you want!

Length adjustable, no bust size needed as it is only a front! I have an original front like this in my collection of ladies clothing from the first half of the 20th Century knitted in silk.
