Copley 1180: Vintage tea cosy knitting pattern probably from the later 1940's. There are 3 different styles and looks like it was produced as a Christmas pattern. Speedknit was used, this was more than likely a very thick double knitting as it was knitted on no 4 needles (6mm), may even have been a chunky wool there are tension instructions, so using double knitting double might well work. Design 1 and 3 are knitted and 2 is crochet. In great condition.
